Chaos. Don't order food if your bus is within half an hour. Spent about half an hour waiting for one hot dog and the staff just didnt seem to care.

A male Japanese clerk who speaks Chinese is not polite. He just misunderstood the quantity of products I wanted to buy. It was probably close to closing time. I didn't have the energy to smile again.

Like everywhere in Japan, clean station, toilets, simple and efficient directions, buses on time! A really nice organization! The staff do not speak English but have small cards and especially the ability to understand us simply.Bus stations well indicated, punctuality, everything is perfect!
